  Came last week. Quiet week day. The bloke who owns it is lovely and friendly. Staff were nice too. Food was nice and reasonable. The best bit was the big Blue slide which my 15 month old loved. Not the biggest play area but good enough to go again xx

  Only reason I gave it a 1 star is because you can't give it a zero!! Let's begin....
  
  Car park is tiny.... So small in fact that you have to park around the corner and walk down a very busy 1 way system to get there. Price for Child admission was fair however... I have never been to a play centre that charges for an extra adult to go in. My wife is disabled and I had to pay to go in myself so I could keep an eye on our child, as is the rules on the play frames. (why make adults pay for a kids play area??) the staff were completely useless, I over heard one member of staff trying to explain what a "tab" was to a customer and she couldn't even do that well. It's not hard to explain that its where you leave your card behind the till and pay when you leave just like a restaurant when you buy drinks. The food was not cheap but tasted it!! they didn't even offer sauces or give us napkins, we had to ask and then they give us 1 napkin between 3 people, apparently there must be a shortage. The drinks are also expensive for the size, tiny!! And the milk tasted off too. The play frames are absolutely covered in dust, (inches of it in some places) and I don't mean in hard to reach places, right where you put your hands to climb. If your child has asthma expect a shed load of coughing, absolutely disgusting. By far the worst play centre I've ever been too for customer service and cleanliness.
